We ran wiring just beneath the landscaping, placing it under the weed barrier to keep everything protected. That helps prevent exposure from shifting rock and reduces the chance of damage over time.
Power was pulled from an existing outdoor outlet serving the backyard lighting system. From there, we installed a new transformer dedicated to the front yard setup.
The entire installation, from trenching to final connections, was completed in four hours.
